Waymo Interview Loops
Waymo's data science interview is SQL and statistics from start to finish. There's an online test on two tables, a live round on simulated fleet data, and an onsite of experiment design, metrics and an autonomous driving case. There's no LeetCode, and Python is allowed but not required. The questions come from the business: rides, pickup times, safety events and simulation. The hard part is the statistics. Events are rare, a shared fleet makes experiments harder, and simulation has to match the real world.
