Anduril Interview Loops
Anduril's software engineering interview is short and applied. There's a one-hour screen with a LeetCode-medium problem, a hiring-manager call, and a final onsite that some teams hold in person at the Irvine headquarters. Coding problems are set in real systems, like cycle detection in mission software or a parser for a GPS-like protocol. Design is quick and based on numbers: response times, memory, and a flight controller's control loop. Perception and robotics roles run more specialized versions.
